The Corowa Characters Wine Cask Australian Single Malt Whisky (500ml)

Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made in Corowa NSW.  A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Salted butter, marzipan, red berries, freshly cut grass.

Palate: Tropical fruits, vanilla, red berries and honeycomb.

Finish: Black pepper, caramelized banana and sweet pastry.
