Bio Bio Organic Spumante 75cl

Organic white sparkling wine created from the grapes of the varieties Garganega and Inzolia (Ansonika). At the end of the harvest, the berries are sent to the winery for further traditional vinification and secondary fermentation according to the Sharma method. Recommended as an aperitif, served with fish and white meat dishes, accompanied by snacks. The potential for wine storage is 2-3 years.
